Summary Transferring your existing lines could not be simpler. All we need is details of your current telephone numbers, the type of line and the invoice address that BT sends your current bill. There is no change to your existing telephone numbers, maintenance cover or line features. Transfer to our line rental service is usually completed within 18 days of an accepted order. The transfer of existing lines is restricted to business users who currently have a BT line and are not located on the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Where you are an existing Virgin Media or other UK network carrier customer we can look at replacing your existing lines with our own and porting your existing numbers over to us.
