We offer a unique choice of either 12 or 24 month contract periods on all types of business telephone lines. This enables you to select the most commercially attractive offer compared to committing to a 3 or 5 year contract that other service providers insist on! New lines are available on a 12 month contract with an initial installation charge and our low monthly rental, or a 24 month contract with free installation and a slightly higher monthly rental. Technical Information A single ISDN2 line has two seperate 64K data channels. In normal operation this enables you to make two simultaneous calls. You can connect up to eight devices to a single ISDN2 service, using Multi Subscriber Numbering (MSN). These include ISDN fax machines, digital telephones and computers. You can add further ISDN2 circuits to your installation, increasing the number of simultaneous connections. This is ideal for Video Conferencing. ISDN30 is the simplest and most reliable way of method of connecting multiple phone lines into your digital PABX. ISDN30 is available in the UK with a minium of 8 channels and a maximum of 30 channels. ISDN30 service is delivered into your premises either by fibre optic or copper cable and is terminated onto a Network Terminating Point (NTP). ISDN30 is presented on an RJ45 socket - from here it connects directly into your Phone System (PABX). A range of enhanced functions are available both on ISDN2e and ISDN30e. These include Direct Dial extension dialling (DDI), Calling Number Presentation (CLIP), as well as Call Forwarding options, for example. TelecomIT has a direct relationship with BT Openreach and purchase ISDN2e, ISDN30e and business telephone lines on a wholesale basis. These telephone lines are therefore installed and maintained by BT Openreach. The lead time for ISDN2e is 10-14 working days. The lead time for ISDN30e is 30 working days. Dedicated UK Customer Support Team All our customers can enjoy the benefits of having a UK based support team, providing a single point of contact for the management of their account. This includes ordering line transfers, provisioning new lines and additional line features and also handling any billing enquiries. All we need is a copy of your latest bill and we’ll analyse your bill and issue you with a tailored report detailing the savings available. Conditions of Offer Our free connection package is available on a minimum 2 year term for Analogue, ISDN2e lines and ISDN30e. There is a minimum requirement of 8 channels for new installation of ISDN30e. Free connection does not include line feature rentals and DDI connection or planning charges. All prices are per month and exclusive of VAT. For savings comparison, BT ISDN2e connection charges are based on Low Start package and BT ISDN30e connection charges are based on taking 30 x ISDN30e channels under a 2 year term.
