Video Connect

Our VIDEO CONNECT service is engineered to support IP Voice and Video applications. It provides symmetrical Up- and Down- speeds with no contention and performance assurances, defining latency, jitter and packet loss. The VIDEO CONNECT service also comes with an enhanced support package that stipulates faults will be cleared within 24 hours, essential for business critical applications such as Voice and Video.

ADSL Routers

Pre configured routers are available to support your Broadband connection. 

You can choose from a Single Port Router or a 4 Port Router with Wireless capability. 

Plug & Play - We pre-configure your router with our access settings - this makes it simpler for you to simply connect the router to your ADSL enabled phoneline and gain immediate access to our Broadband network.

Payment Plans - you can buy your Router from us, a single purchase, or rent the router from us on a monthly basis.

Existing Broadband Connections

Migrate your existing Broadband service to us and your business can benefit from reduced rentals and improved connection rates.  All we need is a MAC code that you request from your current Broadband provider and we will do the rest.

All rental charges are per month and exclusive of VAT.  Our service requires the use of a single Analogue Phone Line.

Minimum contract of 12 months is applicable.
